Back in 2017 I started a music project where I composed and sang a selection of our 45th President’s tweets. I had two goals for the project. One was to laugh which, at the time, helped me deal with some of the high anxiety. The second was to shine a light on the absurd, troubled and baffling mind of our 45th President. At first there was something satisfying when I heard his words sung in an earnest lilting voice. Now it’s more like a haunting. I hope it compels you to think and listen in a whole new way.
